Laura
From a young age Laura knew that she wanted to study natural medicine. It was clear to her that physical and mental well-being were not separate, they were two sides of the same coin. Evidence-based practice has always been her starting point. Her curiosity grew as she observed how, despite facing similar challenges, some people thrived while others remained stuck, sometimes indefinitely.
The Resilience Factor
This puzzle became her passion: helping others discover, for themselves, how to reclaim their health and resilience, taking into account all the factors that come into play. It’s about returning personal power, offering a sense of control.. Stress is an inevitable part of life, but how we respond to it is key to maintaining true health.
Knowledge, inspiration and playfulness
Besides having the right knowledge Laura noticed that a crucial part of health and behaviour change lies in how people think. Inspiring her to do a post-HBO program of coaching. But a little part was still missing. When she came across Positive Provocative Coaching it clicked. Holding up a mirror in warm, playful and non-judgmental way, creates a vital movement from within, broadens the perspective, freeing space for new ways of thinking. It connects people with their inner vitality and self-resolving abilities, in effect durably inspiring health.

Health Engineers has a team of skilled massage therapists, each dedicated to helping people revitalize and relax through the power of touch. They create a welcoming environment where employees can relax, reconnect with their bodies, listen to what it needs and gain valuable insights into their health. The masseur offers personalized tips to improve posture, energy and wellbeing.
Co-creations & Collaborations
Laura also collaborates with a diverse network of coaches and speakers, co-creating solutions that address a variety of customer needs. Ensuring our customers and employees receive the right support for their goals.
